SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing studioTica for your handcrafted glass art. We take great care in packaging and shipping each piece to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Workshop materials and supplies ship within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods & Costs We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. Due to the fragile nature of handcrafted glass, we use premium packaging materials and methods to ensure safe delivery.
Standard shipping: 5-7 business days Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days (available upon request)
Packaging for Fragile Items Each glass piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials and packed in sturdy boxes with cushioning to prevent damage during transit. We take pride in our professional packaging process designed specifically for delicate glass art.
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available at our studio location: 3360 Lancer Court, Dunkirk, MD 20754. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time. This option is ideal for workshop attendees or local customers who prefer to collect their pieces in person.
Shipping Insurance All shipments are insured for their full value. We recommend that you inspect your package upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your glass art arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately
- Contact us at shopify@studiotica.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
We will work with you to file an insurance claim and arrange for a replacement or refund. For lost shipments, please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe and we'll initiate a carrier investigation.
International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping. All international orders must be processed through my Etsy store as they are much better equipped to properly take care of taxes, tariffs, and customs documentation. We ship to addresses within the United States only.
