RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At studioTica, we want you to love your handcrafted glass art. Because each piece is carefully crafted by hand, we have specific policies to ensure fairness for both our customers and our studio.
Return Window You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at shopify@studiotica.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return authorization and detailed instructions.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping for Glass Art Due to the fragile nature of handcrafted glass, special care must be taken when returning items:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend reusing the original packaging materials and packing method
- Take photos of the packed item before shipping as documentation
- Purchase shipping insurance to cover potential loss or damage in transit
- Use a trackable shipping method and provide us with the tracking number
Restocking Fee All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs for delicate glass items.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized glass pieces made to order
- Workshop experiences and class registrations (see cancellation policy below)
- Final sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Workshop Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the workshop date receive a full refund
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future workshop
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before are non-refundable
- You may transfer your workshop registration to another person with advance notice
Damages and Defects Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at shopify@studiotica.com with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged items:
- Take photos of the item and all packaging materials
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials for inspection
- We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase (following our return process) and place a new order for the item you prefer.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- The 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at shopify@studiotica.com.
Care Instructions To minimize the need for returns, please follow the care instructions provided with your glass art. Handcrafted glass requires gentle handling and proper care to maintain its beauty.
